Senior Project Manager, LSP - Woburn, MA

Description:Environmental Compliance Services, Inc., (ECS) is an aggressive market leader of business and environmental solutions. This dynamic firm comprises approximately 200 professionals with offices throughout New England, Ohio, North Carolina and Florida.

ECS has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Project Manager in our Woburn, MA office. This position requires a BS and/or an MS in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or other relevant discipline with 10-15 years of experience in MCP and Facility Compliance/Audit work. The applicant must be an LSP (Licensed Site Professional) or be on track to become an LSP in the near future.

As a Senior PM/LSP, the applicant will be responsible for interpreting, organizing, coordinating, and executing all stages of complex projects including: project management, proposal preparation and bid specifications, budget projections, all aspects of existing client relations, new client development, management, and retention. A commitment to generating new business may be required and will include an initiative to develop and penetrate potential market sectors to meet those new business goals. The Senior PM/LSP plays a supervisory role with administrative responsibilities that include overall project coordination, data management, senior review of technical reports and preparation of regulatory submittals, including ASTM Phase I, II, III reports and Remedial Action Plans. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of staff management, including hiring, mentoring, supervision, conducting performance reviews and executing disciplinary action when necessary. This individual will direct overall strategic disposition of environmental services, including personnel and resource management, and technical oversight encompassing demonstrated experience in remedial design and construction, pilot testing and data collection, field sampling, lab data reduction and compilation, and drilling oversight. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills with both staff and clients. Task management skills and ability to work under deadline pressures are required. Experience and/or contact history with regulatory agencies is a plus. This position may require travel to various job sites.

Candidate must be able to successfully pass the company�s Drivers Safety Policy requirements, as well as a pre-employment physical/drug screen and criminal background/driving record check.
