Health Insurance A group medical plan is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield to employees, their spouse, and dependents on a cost-sharing basis. Dental Insurance A group medical plan is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield to employees, their spouse, and dependents on a cost-sharing basis. Life Insurance Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is offered to employees at no cost to them. Short Term Disability Insurance Short-term disability coverage is offered to employees on a cost-sharing basis. This insurance provides coverage to employees when they are out of work due to an injury or illness that occurs off of work time. Long Term Disability Insurance Long-term disability coverage is offered to employees at no cost to them. This insurance provides coverage to employees when they are out of work due to an injury or illness that occurs off of work time. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) When you have questions, concerns or emotional issues surrounding either your personal or work life, there are resources that can help at no cost to you. 401(k) Plan Our 401(k) plan is offered through MassMutual. Employees may choose to contribute a percentage of their salary and will receive an employer match based on a vesting schedule. Tuition Reimbursement Employees are encouraged to continue their education in their field of work. Those choosing to participate in this benefit will receive tuition reimbursement up to a maximum of $4000 per calendar year. Pre-tax Premium Only Plan Employees who participate may elect to have specific insurance premium contributions with held from their paychecks on a pre-tax basis. Health Care Reimbursement Account This is a federally sponsored account in which employees may opt to have a designated amount of funds withheld from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis which will be reimbursed when qualified receipts are submitted. Dependent Care Reimbursement Account This is a federally sponsored account in which employees may opt to have a designated amount of funds withheld from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis which will be reimbursed when qualified receipts are submitted. Paid Sick Time Employees are encouraged to take available sick time when sick. Your well-being is important to us. Paid Vacation Time Employees are encouraged to take vacation time. Personal time for yourself is important and ECS values a positive work/life balance. Paid Holidays ECS observes several holidays throughout the year which our offices are closed for. Employee Referral Bonus Program ECS sees the value in current employees referring others to a job at ECS. We appreciate qualified referrals and will reward the referring employee with a monetary bonus for referrals that we hire. Supplemental Insurances Other insurances (i.e. supplemental life, supplemental short-term disability, etc.) are offered periodically as an additional benefit for our employees to take advantage of. ESOP ECS has joined the legion of approximately 11,000 firms that have established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Through an established ESOP, employees are allocated stock that is placed in an ESOP account for each employee. Over time, the employees develop full, non-forfeitable rights to the assets in their account. After this vesting process and when employees leave the company, they receive the cash value of the stock in their accounts (usually at retirement). By sharing the commitment and the common goal to succeed, ECS considers the ESOP just one of the assets on our journey to continued growth.
